Help & FAQ
How do I buy different quantities and crusts?
On any shop card or pizza page, choose Regular or Gluten-free, set the quantity and tap Add. Each crust is a separate line in your box.
Can I mix Regular and Gluten-free?
Yes. Every pizza in your box counts toward mix & match savings, whatever the crust. Both Montanara pizzas are Regular only.
How do the 6- and 12-pizza savings work?
6–11 pizzas get 5% off every pizza; 12 or more get 10% off every pizza. The tiers replace each other — they do not stack — and they never apply to shipping. Use “Build a mixed box” to pick six or twelve at once.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on how many pizzas you order, once per order:
| Pizzas per order | Standard | Overnight |
|---|---|---|
| 1 pizza | $12.99 | $42.98 |
| 2 pizzas | $12.99 | $42.98 |
| 3 pizzas | $15.99 | $45.98 |
| 4 pizzas | $15.99 | $45.98 |
| 5 pizzas | $15.99 | $45.98 |
| Exactly 6 pizzas | $9.99 | $39.98 |
| 7 or more | Free | $29.99 |
Where do you deliver?
The 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Not Alaska, Hawaii, territories, APO/FPO or international.
What is processing versus transit?
Processing is our packing time; transit is the carrier’s time after dispatch. We only dispatch on days that keep frozen pizza from sitting in transit over a weekend or closure.
What does Overnight mean?
Overnight is the Standard rate plus $29.99 and describes carrier speed after an eligible dispatch day — not immediate shipping.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking reference when your order ships.
Can I cancel?
If your whole order can still be stopped before dispatch, you get a full refund including shipping and tax, with no fee.
My pizzas arrived thawed or warm.
Pizzas should arrive frozen, with ice crystals, or no warmer than 40°F / 4.4°C. If warmer, do not taste or eat them — report a delivery problem and keep the packaging.
Something is wrong with my order.
Use Report a delivery problem. Please report visible issues within 24 hours; later or hidden problems are still reviewed.
Are the Gluten-free pizzas wheat-free? What about allergens?
No. Caputo Fioreglut contains wheat starch processed to remove gluten. It is not wheat-free and is not suitable for people with a wheat allergy. We prepare our Fioreglut-crust pizzas separately and take care to reduce gluten cross-contact, but our facility is not dedicated gluten-free and also handles wheat and other gluten-containing ingredients, so unintended cross-contact may occur. Each pizza page lists its ingredients and allergens; always check the package label too.
How do I reheat?
Reheat from frozen. Preheat your home oven to 450–500°F (approximately 230–260°C); if using a pizza stone, preheat it according to its manufacturer’s instructions. Remove all packaging and place the frozen pizza on an oven-safe pizza pan or baking tray, or on a properly preheated stone. Heat until hot throughout, the crust is crisp and any cheese has melted; check that the center reaches 165°F (74°C) with a food thermometer. Times vary with the oven, the pizza and the crust. Keep frozen until ready to reheat. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
